I love cheap bargains. Just a couple of days before me leaving Bangalore to NY, I was at Indiranagar, when I ran into a street vendor selling long thick long sleeved T-shirts. I was asked to pack as much winter gear as possible. So, i dug into the pile to find large size ones. I really liked the green one, which read 'Green Bay Packers' with a big G in the middle. Who cares!
Here at NY, I pulled out my winter gear earlier than expected. My green polo was perfect for the high teens (no farenhiet please). I was proud to wear my, *ahem* Rs. 50 bargain T-shirt.
Suddenly I was a little worried! What if the packers were a secret cult, or may be banned terrorist outfit. So I googled. Here is what I found out:
- The packers are an NFL team from Green Bay, Wisconsin
- They are the only publicly owned NFL team in the US. Members of the Green Bay community own the team

Right after a post about free food, another one on cheap tee-shirts? Not doing wonders for your PR especially as a hip world-traveller, Santa!
Damn. I'm late. Someone already has left a comment calling this post "scene".

u might want to be careful while wearing the t-shirt :)
India rocks man! Even I bought some cheap winter wear in Chennai (ofcourse it was cheap.. who'd risk dying in them?) which I happily flaunted out here in UC.. Hmm.. here we pay an equivalent of 2000 bucks for a decent sweatshirt.. and u r further doomed if u want something wiht University logos in them
Hahaha.. Nice post.. Meaningful 2 :)
Well, being the lowly Indian I am, I could think of only "Packers and Movers". That was the nearest match in terms of filename! LOL!
Good post Santhosh!
A new blog and a new template? LOL...I lurve the pic there. You should consider shifting to Wordpress...the features really are better there.
